Terms & Conditions / FAQ

What are the opening Times?

  • Gates open at 6pm. Due to Forbidden Fright Night having a time allocation system it is important to arrive 10 minutes before your booking time.
  • Last entry to Forbidden Fright Night is at 9.00pm. You should allow at least one hour for your visit or longer to allow time to get something to eat and drink.

What time should I arrive and if I arrive late, will I still be able to attend?

  • You should arrive 10 minutes before your allotted start time to ensure that you have time to take any necessary toilet breaks and prepare. The slots must leave on time and will not wait for anyone who is late. There will be no exceptions.

If you arrive late, we will try and include you on a later entry where space permits. However, Forbidden Corner has no obligation to accommodate those who miss their tour time, and, in some cases, spaces may not be available.

We are not able to control external factors such as travel disruptions; please ensure you leave sufficient time to attend. A refund cannot be given for those who are late and miss their tour.

Is the event frightening and can I get my money back if anyone in my group gets scared?

  • This is a scare event and yes… Some people will find it terrifying! There will be horror scenes, special effects and live actors which create a very frightening experience. The Fright Night has been designed to be frightening.
  • Guests that find the tour too intense can discontinue the tour, however no refunds will be given.

Do I need to arrive with my entire group, and can I share my ticket?

  • Your digital ticket is a single use barcode, you must all enter at the same time through our security checkpoint.

Please do not share your digital ticket with others. Tickets are strictly non-transferable. If a ticket is used by someone else your ticket will become null and void and you are required to purchase a new ticket for the event.

How do we get tickets?

  • No tickets are sold on the gate. All tickets need to be bought online from this website. Tickets may sell out well in advance so don’t leave it to the last minute. If you turn up on the night without a pre-booked ticket you will not be able to get in.
  • Part of our planning regulations states that bookings need to be done prior to your visit. In addition, we do try our best to stagger the bookings to minimise the potential backlog and overcrowding where necessary. I’m sorry but under no circumstances can we accept walk-ins on the night.
  • Tickets are available to purchase online. Those who purchase tickets online will receive an email confirmation of their purchase with an e-ticket which is printable. Please be ready to show your ticket on your mobile device or printed before your tour.
